When the going gets tough the tough get going!!

Noyes & Noyes have sold the last of the refurbished industrial units on the Broad Lane site in Cottenham for Kindale Ltd. Unit L, comprising 4894ft2 was sold to Cherry Automatics for £285,000.
Peter Hughes of Kindale Ltd commented, "Occupational demand in the current property market calls for lateral thinking and a tenacious approach to marketing and negotiations. Noyes & Noyes come 203 in the 2009 Chariots of Fire relay race!!

The 2009 Chariots of Fire Charity Marathon, held on 20th September was in support of the Cam-mind charity. Cam-mind is Cambridge's longest established mental health charity, which works tirelessly in the region to tackle this ever growing problem affecting so many.
Keen to help the Cam-mind cause and to shed a few leftover Christmas pounds! Noyes & Noyes Chartered Surveyors conjured up 6 runners to run in this year's charity event.
