Andrew Noyes established Noyes & Noyes in Cambridge in February 1992.
Andrew William Noyes BSc MRICS
Andrew was born in 1957. He grew up in Gt. Dunmow, Essex, went to school at Bishop's Stortford College and King Edward V11 Grammar School, Chelmsford. He graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester with a science degree in Urban Estate Management. He first worked in Northampton for Wilson & Partners, then in London for 5 years with international Chartered Surveyors Healey & Baker now Cushman & Wakefield, before moving to Bidwells in Cambridge in 1986.
Andrew is married to Dee, a graduate in History from Cambridge, and has two children. They live near Newmarket.
Andrew's interests include - sailing, go-karting, skiing, geetar playing and song writing, Round Table in which he was Chairman and President of Cambridge 291, and tree-house building!
Douglas Stanton BA (Hons) PGDipSurv

Douglas joined Noyes & Noyes in 2006 as a trainee surveyor having graduated from Keele University in the summer of 2005 with a BA (Hons) in International Relations. Since joining Noyes & Noyes he has completed a Post graduate diploma in surveying from Reading University and is due to start his APC in order to gain his MRICS.
Douglas assists in all aspects of agency, professional and management matters for the firm.
James Davis BSc MRICS
James became a consultant to Noyes & Noyes in January 2001, offering additional building surveying expertise to John Eggar. In his late twenties he is married and lives in Baldock. He graduated in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University in 1994 and became MRICS in December 1995.
Until recently he worked for a small general practice/building surveying firm with jobs predominately in central and north London, although he was also responsible for nation-wide commercial property surveys.
From initial design to handover, James has completed numerous refurbishment projects of luxury houses and flats with contract values of between £30,000 and £500,000 for private clients and developers. All design work is completed using AutoCAD 2000 computer aided design software, allowing easy exchange of information to clients and other development team consultants.
He also advises on dilapidations and party wall matters and deals with planning and building regulations applications.
Karen Heybrock BA, FCA
Karen is married, has two teenage children and lives in Cambridge. She says ' When I am not busy acting as chauffeur and domestic dogsbody, and to keep myself relatively sane, I do part-time work as an accountant/book-keeper for a number of small businesses in Cambridge. I have worked with Andrew since 1997.'
Dee Noyes
After University, Dee Noyes taught history and then moved into administration. Working for Waites Built Homes, and then managing the University of Cambridge Global Security Programme, she has been the administrator for the Anglesey Group of Parishes since 2004. Dee is involved in many local fundraising and children's activities.
