Imerge had planned to expand into new premises in spring 2000 owing to massive expansion of our business - we were rapidly running out of space. It was clear that our internal team needed proven experience of property searching, negotiations and management and we were fortunate to find Andrew Noyes at a time when we were becoming pressed.

He skilfully brought together an offer of premises at Cambridge Business Park managing the search and detailed negotiations but, after much soul searching, it was obvious that it was expensive and too small.
